And the Brewer's new manager is.....

The Brewers proved last night that if they score 12 runs that they can still win even if Yost makes some ridiculous decisions. (Thank god we traded for Ray King)

You mean the same Ray King who cant play in the playoffs? The same Ray King whose walks per nine were close to five when he was in Washington.....not the same Ray King who will replace Shousy in lefty lefty situations? That guy? besides Linebrink for prospects, pitching prospects, I cant think of a worse trade by the front office. I think the carbon rod would not have brought in Aquino.

This is one of the rare occasions where I completely agree with that black irish bastard ed grimly. Ray "The Human Home Run Machine" King is a worthless acquisition and the kiss of death. This just shows how absolutely desperate Melvin/Yost are to save their jobs. (for the record I think Melvin is usually on the mark except for this & Line-drive-a-brink & should stay on) I can't wait till the first time King waddles in with the game on the line and serves up a dinger. All that lefty/lefty specialist nonsense is complete bullshit. The only thing he specializes in is dominating the post-game buffet (which might cause some friction with Prince). Mark my words this fatty will blow at least 2 close games in the coming weeks and Yost will keep trotting him out there because he is a "gritty vet". King has been a disaster everywhere he has played the last few years so its no surprise he was available this late in the year. Too bad he won't be around for the playoffs...oh wait none of the Brewers will thanks to their trainwreck of a manager. What a fucking phenomenal disasterpiece.
